Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Disclosure Notice

1. Data Controller

Craftsoft (the "Company") acts as the data controller pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK" / "PDP Law"). This disclosure notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it is transferred, and what rights you have.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you fill out the quote request form on our website, your name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name (if provided), the service you are interested in, your budget range, and the content of the message you send us are processed as personal data. Any other information you choose to share while contacting us also falls within this scope.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing

Your personal data is processed to evaluate your quote requests, respond to you, inform you about our services, and carry out pre-contractual processes. Our processing is based on the legal grounds of "being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract" and "legitimate interest" as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK. Where we have your explicit consent, we may also send you commercial electronic messages to keep you informed of developments.

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our business partners from whom we receive services for the processing of your quote requests in our CRM and support systems (including the Salvo Agent platform). Transfers to domestic partners are subject to KVKK provisions; international transfers are subject to the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the Law.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and for the minimum retention periods arising from applicable legislation. At the end of the retention period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to request the deletion or destruction of data processed in violation of the Law.
